I've decided I'm going to be participating for the entire month of May. My upper body has never been my strong point, and I decided to start at the core (literally) of it all. So, as I get back into running since I've recovered long and well enough since my half, I bring you my experience in the Plank a Day challenge. My friend Amma is participating with me (right, Amma?!), so this will be a fun way to keep each other in check.
